Initial situation
In recent years, FACC has become a leading global technology company in the design, development and production of lightweight construction systems for the global aerospace industry. Since 2012, REICHLUNDPARTNER has been responsible for communications and also designed the company’s new brand identity.

Strategy
The new brand identity and the following campaigns communicate FACC’s future orientation rationally and emotionally, convey the company’s innovative strength, high-tech and sustainability, and address all target groups – customers, employees, the labor market, investors, the public – in a coordinated manner. A recruiting campaign is aimed specifically at young target groups.


Implementation
For the new appearance, REICHLUNDPARTNER designed the entire implementation, based on the positioning, vision and corporate mission developed together with the company – from the visual and verbal appearance to digital and print communication to relaunch campaigns for customers and FACC employees worldwide. And REICHLUNDPARTNER is once again on board to help shape the development of the FACC 2030 strategy.
